Jeff and Amie

We had such a nice visit with Jeff and Amie. They surprised us almost an entire day early. They were too excited to sleep so they drove the whole night instead of waiting until morning to leave. We were SO excited to see them! Unfortunately, there visit just wasn't long enough. Being gone for over 8 months, they had alot of catching up to do. So many people to see and so little time to get it all in. However, Madison definitely got her fair share of Jeff & Amie time, lucky bum! They watched her on Monday and Tuesday while we worked. They spoiled her on Monday and took her to Build-A-Bear for her first time. They made a stuffed animal together, complete with a heart she calls her Jeff & Amie heart, hehe, it's so special to her! We were able to steal them for a night and Patrick was able to take a day off during the week to do something fun together. We slept in, made breakfast, relaxed and then took the dogs (yes dogs, they have a new pup named Jeremy. Kody was so happy to have a buddy to play with!) up to the Lake for the day. We swam, picnicked, relaxed and played the afternoon away. We finished the day off with a trip to the yogurt shop that serves doggie yogurt too. It was a yummy treat for us all.Before we knew it, Friday was here and it was time for goodbyes. Not a happy day for any of us. Madison adores her Auntie and Uncle and will really miss them. We all will. But atleast we had a nice time together while they were here. And it was nice to finally meet Jeremy, the only niece/nephew I will ever get from them.. haha! Love you guys!
