We had SUCH a fun day today. We left on a very spur of the moment trip to Muir beach with our best buddies, the Annett's. We were so bummed when we got to the beach, it was much colder than we planned and pretty windy too! It looked like this:
We decided to bust out the food and wine hoping it would warm us a bit. It didn't work. It was only irritating because the sand blew in everyone's food and drinks. We thought about packing up and leaving but decided to stick it out. Thankfully we did, because not more than 15 minutes later, the fog started to lift and the wind started to die down. Here's what it looked like moments later:
So much better! It ended up being a really pretty day. The girls had so much fun together. Playing in the water, the sand and exploring all the rocks. It was so nice to get away and even better when you have such good friends to do it with! :)

Very cute pic of you and Elizabeth - love it! Isn't it crazy how the weather can change so close to the ocean. I'm glad you stuck it out.. I know how you all are beach bums! :)
